CAC ARTS NEWS No. 188

                                    05/25/05

Editor's Note:

I'm curious how well and if you received last weeks two part CAC Arts News. The Colorado Arts News became quite large and even then I have deferred some of the press releases that had later calender dates for this Arts News. E-mails over a certain size can be put into a spam or junk box and unless you look there , an e-mail may seem to you as missing. I have sent two and three part editions of Arts News to AOL addresses in the past that seem to help getting through to the AOL list. It is no problem to send to all addresses a two part edition if that is agreeable to all. You don't have to respond back to me unless you are having a problem, although it is very nice to get a personal note every now and then.  Paul S.

Memorial Day may be only the start of the summer season for you or it may be a time of reflection of those we knew who have passed on. I'm recording a Memorial Service at the local cemetery on Monday for our radio station. The recordings on Veterans Day and Memorial day preserve many events and people's stories that all too quickly are passing from our minds. If you have a story or remembrance, you may want to sit down and write it out and leave it for someone, a family member or your church, synagog or library. Histories are important.
